On Friday 3rd May, we’re looking forward to welcoming Glasshouse Dance Company to Lavenham Village Hall for a performance of ‘A Little Bit of Light’.
Through music and dance, ‘A Little Bit of Light’ tells the story of two women entering an attic looking for a very special box. As they search among the lost props of family history, they discover a little bit of light and a touch of magic.
Dementia-inclusive, it is enchanting, uplifting and gentle voyage of understanding the importance of things lost and found.
As well as enjoying this beautiful work, you’ll also get the chance to take part in some table-craft activities and once again, the Rural Coffee Caravan will be providing tea and cake!
Tickets are free but you will need to book a place, which you can do by calling DanceEast on 01473 295230 or visiting www.danceeast.co.uk.
We’re also hoping to be able to offer a special movement workshop from Glasshouse Dance during the week before the show.
