Booking for Brave Art now open

Brave Art is an exciting new programme of year-long art courses, during which students will learn new creative, life and leadership skills supported by professional artists and tutors.

Each term we will explore different themes using a variety of art forms. Students will create their own artwork and keep a personal journal of their learning.
At the end of each year we will plan a public event to celebrate the work we have made together.
The course takes place in the following locations:

Bury St Edmunds

When? Tuesdays 10am-3.30pm
Autumn Term: 10th September – 3rd December
Spring Term: 7th January – 31st March
Summer Term: 21st April – 21st July
Where? The Bury Deaf Association, 28 Northgate Street, Bury St Edmunds IP33 1HY


When? Wednesdays 10am-3.30pm
Autumn Term: 11th September – 4th December
Spring Term: 8th January – 1st April
Summer Term: 22nd April – 22nd July
Where? Castle Hill Community Centre, Highfield Road, Ipswich ip1 6DG


When: Thursdays 10am-3.30pm
Autumn Term 12th September – 5th December
Spring Term 9th January – 2nd April
Summer Term 23rd April – 23rd July

Where? North Lowestoft Salvation Army, Beach Road, Lowestoft, NR32 1DS

Students can join the course at the beginning of any term. Taking part in Brave Art costs £180 per term when paid in advance.
All new students applying for the course will have the opportunity to discuss their individual support needs, interests and ambitions.
