Early Years Music CPD with Dr Jessica Pitt

Dr Jessica Pitt : Children’s music and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework

In this 2-hour session we will think about the worlds of children’s music and the EYFS curriculum. Using theories as lenses to think with, we will consider the various facets of music play in education settings. The session will be an opportunity to have facilitated discussions with film clips as provocations and some sharing of theoretical and philosophical ideas that relate to young children, learning and creative practice.

Dr. Jessica Pitt (she/her)
