You’ll learn simple, fun sequences with standing and seated options followed by a stretch and relaxation. All designed to be done in a small space in the comfort of your home. Think of it as the best kitchen disco you’ve ever had!

Suffolk Artlink will be hosting a series of online creative sessions for Family Carers this Autumn.

These sessions have been programmed to allow family carers time to be creative in their own home and take away ideas for creative exercises to use beyond the session. These sessions will take place on Zoom and are free to attend.

Our sessions are designed for adult family carers or those who have recently been a carer. Cared for are also welcome to our online sessions and we hope this may enable more carers to participate.
