The awards celebrate some of the county’s unsung heroes and charitable organisations for the work they do. We were one of four nominees in the ‘Organisation of the Year’ category.
In March, we joined 400 guests at Snape Maltings to be thanked for the benefits we bring to Suffolk communities.
Our favourite bit of the evening was watching on proudly as a group of our JumpstART students opened the event with an original and engaging performance.
The students enjoyed singing songs and showing films they created during last term’s art course in Lowestoft. They didn’t show any sign of nerves and are already asking when they can perform it again!
Well done to our fellow nominees, Fresh Start – New Beginnings and Lighthouse Women’s Aid, and many congratulations to REACH Community Projects, the winner in our category.
