Curious Minds in Ipswich

We are delighted to announce the next Curious Minds programme which is planned for Ipswich County Library, starting this Autumn.

Building on the success of our previous programmes held in Saxmundham, Leiston, Felixstowe, Woodbridge and Ipswich, we are delighted to be returning again to Ipswich Library.

Curious Minds is a free 12 week creative health programme designed to support wellbeing through creative and mindful activities. Join us for the opportunity to explore a variety of art forms whilst developing creative skills and tools to support mental wellbeing. Supported by professional artists Sarah Lewis and Jo Chapman

Curious Minds is a friendly, accessible and safe space to come and explore creativity with professional artists and discover creativity and mindful activities that will inspire your imagination. Refreshments will be provided.

Curious Minds is a mental health wellbeing project, delivered in partnership with Suffolk Community Libraries and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.
