Curious Minds Taster in Stowmarket

We are delighted to be bringing our highly successful Curious Minds programme to Stowmarket Library in January 2027.

Curious Minds is a free 12 week creative health programme designed to support wellbeing through creative and mindful activities. Join us for the opportunity to explore a variety of art forms whilst developing creative skills and tools to support mental wellbeing.

We will be offering 2 taster sessions in December at the library to give people an opportunity to meet the artists involved in the programme, meet the core team and take part in a creative activity led by a professional artist.

Curious Minds is a friendly, accessible and safe space to come and explore creativity with professional artists and discover creativity and mindful activities that will inspire your imagination. Refreshments will be provided.

Curious Minds is a mental health wellbeing project, delivered in partnership with Suffolk Community Libraries and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.

“I have never done anything like this before, it’s absolutely fantastic!” Curious Minds participant.
