“I collect everything! Anything can be used in my art.”
“I collect everything! Anything can be used in my art. I know each stage and how long it takes, I like to know what I’m doing. It makes me feel happy when I do each stage. Collecting, building, papier mâché and painting. The barn is the best thing that I’ve ever made. I did a painting and I stuck to the plan and it looks how I wanted it to look.”
Patrick is a 3D artist who creates sculptures using recycled materials such as cans, cardboard boxes and paper. He works with great focus and precision, carefully planning each piece. His process often begins with a photograph, drawing or painting of his subject, which helps guide the construction of his work.
Patrick has modelled a wide range of subjects, including people, cars, and buildings. His art is a powerful transformation of everyday waste into something meaningful and visually striking. His unique style blends building, engineering, and layering to turn discarded materials into impressive and imaginative masterpieces. (Charlie Meyer)
