Friends Around the Table

Offering family carers, and adults living rurally, relaxed and enjoyable creative get-togethers exploring food, culture and nature.

Introduction

Friends Around the Table sessions are led by professional artists, chefs and food-led practitioners. 

Regular sessions in locations across Suffolk offering opportunities to meet new people, learn new skills and improve your physical and mental wellbeing through inspiring activities.

All workshops are free of charge, no experience is necessary and reasonable travel costs can be provided.

Participants are welcome to attend as many or as few of the workshops as they are able.

What inspired this project?

Friends Around the Table uses practices, learning and resources from previous Suffolk Artlink projects to build broader and more sustainable communities.
