As part of the Extra Time project, we invited people to share their experiences of football, from following their team to Wembley to listening to the football fans outside in the street.
You can listen to the stories via one of the Extra Time Footballing Story boxes or through the Extra Time Footballing Stories from Suffolk playlist
The stories are curated into 6 distinct themes – and each theme has a variety of creative prompts, to help develop conversations and activities.
Extra Time Match Day
Activity
In this activity, artist Shelly leads us on a gentle mindfulness exercise, helping us to relax, take a deep breath and become more aware of the sounds around us.
You may wish to watch the video first, and then do the activity; these prompts are merely ‘serving suggestions’ so please feel free to adapt them in any way that works for you.
