Three Cheers for Extra Time Teams

Three cheers for the Curious Minds Saxmundham Legacy group and the Leiston Primary School Extra Time teams.

They’ve balanced the space and led with their chins, they’ve drawn with their eyes closed and done art in their heads. They’ve made blueprints and silver rubbings, and embellished trophies, as well as clay cameos, a plaster sports shield and precision pewter penalty poppers.

And they’ve shared stories with us and told us about some of their goals. It’s been a delight to work with you all; thank you for making Extra Time for us.

Thank you, too, to all the staff and volunteers at Leiston Long Shop Museum, and staff at the school, for all their support over the course of this project, and to our artists, Hatty, Jo, Ellie and Sam and Amanda, our volunteer, for the joy and fun you brought to the sessions.
