Norfolk & Suffolk Health and Care Awards

The Health and Care Awards recognise individuals, teams and organisations delivering outstanding contributions across the region.
Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board, Norfolk County Council and Suffolk County Council are seeking nominations from across Norfolk and Suffolk, from individuals, teams or organisations from the NHS, local authorities, Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise sector, primary care, social care providers or others involved in the health and wellbeing of our population.
- Nominations can be either for yourself or others.
- The nominee may be an individual, team, organisation, or project.
- Nominees may be in a paid or unpaid role, and from any sector involved in people’s health, care, and wellbeing.
- Nominees must be delivering within the Norfolk and Suffolk footprint.

- Treatment to Prevention Award
- Partnership with People & Communities Award
- Research and Innovation Award
- Supporting Young People Award
- Inspirational Leader Award
- Unsung Hero Award

The three criteria against which nominations will be judged are:
- WHY are they nominated?
- What did they do? How did they do it?
- Why is this relevant to the award category?
- HOW are they exceptional?
- Have they gone ‘above and beyond’? (This may be in a paid or unpaid role)
- Have they transformed health and care in some way?
- WHAT impact have they made?
- What difference have they made to people’s lives?
- What evidence is there of the difference being made? (Evidence may be stories or data)
- Has this impact been sustained over time?
