Curious Minds Taster in Stowmarket

We are delighted to be bringing our highly successful Curious Minds programme to Stowmarket Library in January 2027.

Curious Minds is a free 12 week creative health programme designed to support wellbeing through creative and mindful activities. Join us for the opportunity to explore a variety of art forms whilst developing creative skills and tools to support mental wellbeing.

We will be offering 2 taster sessions in December at the library to give people an opportunity to meet the artists involved in the programme, meet the core team and take part in a creative activity led by professional artists Michelle Brace and Alice Andrea Ewing.

Curious Minds is a friendly, accessible and safe space to come and explore creativity with professional artists and discover creativity and mindful activities that will inspire your imagination. Refreshments will be provided.

Curious Minds is a mental health wellbeing project, delivered in partnership with Suffolk Community Libraries and the Ipswich and East Suffolk Alliance.
