Cartoon characters
The children have enjoyed using all sorts of documents to explore their local footballing history, from old maps to microfilm, and were delighted to discover some of the football club teams depicted in cartoons.
As luck would have it, Dean’s keen on a cartoon, too, so between Jen getting the team to strike some cartoon poses and Dean demonstrating how just a few deft lines can capture a character, the group had a lovely session at Roman Hill.

It was a tuneful session today, as the Britten Court Angels wrote their own football chant, adding some slick chorus moves, whilst over at Roman Hill the children enjoyed creating their Extra Time footie anthem.
