Early Years Network Autumn 26 Meeting

Guest Speakers Zannie Fraser and Ella Daymond, Squishy!

Reconnect over after the summer with our Early Years Music Network.

Join Zannie (director) and Ella (performer) from the ‘Squishy’ team as they share their process of working with Early Years children and families to create this interactive storytelling experience. The session will focus on the use of everyday sounds, rhythm and voice in the show and involve a mixture of discussion and practical activities to explore together including singing, washing machine soundscapes and object puppetry!

‘When Squishy Goes Into the Washing Machine’ is an immersive installation for children aged 0-4 and their families that encourages audiences and performers to play and tell stories together, supported by Magic Acorns, Arts Council England and Norfolk County Council.

We hope that you can join us! Our Autumn network will offer time to connect with other EY practitioners, local musicians and organisations whilst finding out what else is on offer. Our network provide the opportunity to share practice in a supportive environment.

The meeting is in the Britten Room at Lowestoft Library.
